Jerry and Caroline Hedges started at the Coffman Cove Bunkhouse in the early 80’s.  Initially the local construction & logging companies provided a cookhouse and bunkhouse for their workers, where Jerry and Caroline cooked and cleaned for them.

The Coffman Cove Bunkhouse was eventually purchased by the Hedges where today it has evolved into a place for Fisherman, Hunters and still some construction crews. 

The Coffman Cove Bunkhouse provides Accommodations, Home-style cooked Breakfast and Dinner.  For lunch the guest makes their own “sack lunch” from the spike table (buffet style sandwich, fruit & cookies).  The guest may rent skiffs or kayaks onsite and may also book a fishing charter through T&J Charters run by Travis Hedges.  Please note that we do not accept credit or debit cards.
