Jerry and Caroline Hedges started at the Coffman Cove Bunkhouse in the early 80’s. Initially the local construction & logging companies provided a cookhouse and bunkhouse for their workers, where Jerry and Caroline cooked and cleaned for them.
The Coffman Cove Bunkhouse provides Accommodations, Home-style cooked Breakfast and Dinner. For lunch the guest makes their own “sack lunch” from the spike table (buffet style sandwich, fruit & cookies). The guest may rent skiffs, a 22’ Hewescraft with extended transom or kayaks onsite and may also book a fishing charter.
